Charging electric cars

You can charge your electric vehicle ultra-fast at Oktoberhallen Wieze via the Sparki charging stations of 600KW/300KW. These are available to everyone 7/7 and 24h/24h.

To Wieze by train via Aalst or Dendermonde

Make it easy and comfortable for yourself. Take the train to Aalst or Dendermonde. Our free shuttle buses will take you safely to and from the Oktoberhallen.

Trains from direction Ghent (Bruges/Ostend/Kortrijk...) to Aalst: 2 trains per hour, arriving at 10 past or 41 past the hour in Aalst. Stops in Wetteren, Schellebelle, Serskamp and Lede.

Trains from direction Brussels to Aalst: 2 trains per hour, arriving at 17 past or 48 past the hour in Aalst. Stops in Liedekerke and Denderleeuw.

Trains from direction Hasselt/Leuven to Aalst: 2 trains per hour, arriving at 17 past or 48 past the hour in Aalst. Stops in Leuven, Brussels North, Brussels Central, Liedekerke and Denderleeuw. Or via: Schulen, Diest, Zichem, Testelt, Langdorp, Aarschot, Wezemaal, Leuven, Brussels Airport-Zaventem, Brussels-North, Brussels-South, Liedekerke, Denderleeuw, Erembodegem.

Trains from direction Mechelen to Dendermonde: 1 train per hour, arriving at 32 past the hour in Dendermonde. Stops in Kapelle-op-den-Bos, Londerzeel, Malderen and Buggenhout.

Trains from direction Antwerp to Dendermonde: 2 trains per hour, arriving at 29 past or 32 past the hour in Dendermonde. Train arriving at 29: change at Antwerp-Berchem and Lokeren, stops at Sint-Niklaas and Zele. Train with arrival at 32: change in Mechelen, stops in Antwerp-Berchem, Mortsel-Oude God, Mechelen-Nekkerspoel, Kapelle-op-den-Bos, Londerzeel, Malderen and Buggenhout.

Train from Liège-Guillemins to Aalst: 1 train per hour arriving 48 minutes after the hour. Connection at Bruxelles-Midi. Stops at Louvain, Bruxelles-Nord, Bruxelles-Central, Liedekerke and Denderleeuw.

Train from Namur to Aalst: 1 train per hour arriving 17 minutes after the hour. Connection at Bruxelles-Midi. Stops at Gembloux, Ottignies, Bruxelles-Central, Liedekerke and Denderleeuw.

Trains from Namur arriving at 10:48, 12:48 and 14:48 at Aalst with connections at Bruxelles-Midi. Stops at Gembloux, Ottignies, Bruxelles-Central, Liedekerke and Denderleeuw.

Train from Mons to Aalst: 1 train per hour arriving 48 minutes after the hour. Connection at Bruxelles-Midi. Stops at Jurbise, Soignies, Braine-le-Comte, Liedekerke and Denderleeuw.

Shuttle buses between Wieze and Aalst or Dendermonde

The stop for the shuttle buses in Wieze is right opposite the entrance to the Oktoberhallen car park.

In Aalst, you can take the bus at the bus park, on the left as you leave the station.

In Dendermonde, you can take the bus on the bus parking, on the left when leaving the station.

NostalBus vintage buses will be used.

TIMETABLE SHUTTLE BUSES

Departure at Aalst station from 9.25 a.m. every 30 minutes (i.e. xx.25 and xx.55 each time).

Departure from Dendermonde station from 9.40 every hour (i.e. every xx.40).

Departure from Wieze to Aalst from 9.45 every 30 minutes (so every time xx.15 and xx.45). Last bus on Saturday at 18.15! Last bus on Sunday at 5.15pm! Departure each time 15 minutes after the expo closes.

Departure from Wieze to Dendermonde from 10.05 every hour (so xx.05 each time). 
Last bus on Saturday at 18.05! Last bus on Sunday at 5.05pm! Departure each time 5 minutes after the expo closes.

Catering

The Oktoberhallen in Wieze have a spacious cafeteria both in Hall A and in Hall B, where you can have a drink and eat something tasty in a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. You can enjoy tasty chips with stew, a hamburger, a healthy sandwich or cakes. There is also a wide selection of drinks ranging from soft and alcoholic drinks to a nice cup of coffee.

The staff always ensures a warm welcome and quick and attentive service.

Morning: Croissant, chocolate cake with coffee/tea/chocolate milk/fruit juice

Lunch: Chips, stew, curry sausages, hamburgers, hot dogs, healthy sandwiches (home-made)

Afternoon: Different kinds of cakes and ice creams

Continuous: Cafeteria in hall A and hall B open
